Hello to all who may continue to follow my blog on the land share.
Tomorrow April 29 at 10:00 AM  is the annual meeting at the BVR Gun Club.
It is always a great day to see people who may not have been at the land share recently or I may not have spoken to you at the river.
New signs have been posted for the land share on the wings of the entrances on the north and south entrances.
The Land Share signs have been placed back in their previous locations.
New signs for 20mph were posted.
Looks like the agenda will be interesting and full of content.

Labor Day BVA Filing #1

Well it is officially fall in Blue Valley Acres filing #1.   The trees and all the ground cover have been changing colors relative to the cold mornings.   Today it was 28 right prior to the sun coming up.
The land share has had a lot of property changes.   Two lots on Kit Carson road are being built on.   New owners have been moving into houses and property is again for sale.
The river has been running about 600 - 700 CSF.    Not great for fishing but great for floating.
The road construction is winding down for the year and there will not be much to complete next year.   It has been two years of struggle for those of us who live here.   Lots of dirt,  smell of asphalt and delays in travel.
If the deer now will unlearn how they cross the deer guards,  the road will be safe.

Road Construction.

Paving is to begin on the road construction from north of our land share to the trough road.  A black liquid product is being placed.   Hopefully this will decrease the amount of dust.
There are a lot of deer in the subdivision.  Some of the does still have protective rights to some of the campground.  The bull moose have been present.  Just be aware the animals have not moved on.

  OUR SIDE OF THE RIVER TO HIT THE BIG HOLES ON THE RANCH SIDE

THE WILL BE LOCATED FROM THE BRIDGE AT COUNTY ROAD 10 TO THE CABIN
  JUST EAST OF THE GUARDRAIL ROAD

ONE WEEK A YEAR THAT WE ARE COURTEOUS TO OUR NEIGHBORS AND THE
   FISHING CONTEST........NOT THAT WE SHOULD NOT BE COURTEOUS TO OUR LAND SHARE MEMBERS AND THE NEIGHBORS ALL YEAR LONG

CHANGE OF THE OFFICAL SITE

I have had a lot of my posts regarding the damage to the river pictures, information about the land share meeting, and times for the meeting and the date that was sent 30 days prior to the meeting. It is unfortunate to have had these posts somehow disappear from the site. I am sending this message and to follow will be another post of the flood erosion we had with the last big storm on Saturday the 1 of July. Marsha Dirienzo Secretary and treasurer.

STORM AND RAIN AND MUD On Saturday the 7th we had the rainstorm from who knows where. If you come out and check the roads are eroded and now sadly in need of repair that we just have done. This is a priority. The road to the river has damage but not as severe at the major roads. Any one wanting to help or offer assistance please call or email me. Marsha
